As a photographer, capturing moments is my craft. But as a solo parent to two incredible boys, Eli and Charlie, capturing memories is my mission. This dual journey of art and life has recently taken me back to Elenor's roots— her Swedish heritage, and that of our boys - a beacon of light in our family's healing journey.
In April 2025, I'm thrilled to unveil the Swedish Collection, a tribute to Elenor, whose spirit guides us daily. Elenor's battle with breast cancer was a testament to resilience and grace, qualities that continue to inspire our family. Her Swedish roots have always been a source of strength and connection, and through this collection, I aim to honour that legacy.
Photography has been a therapeutic outlet for us—a way to process grief and celebrate life. For Eli, who at just 8 years old shows an emotional depth beyond his years, and Charlie, whose solace in basketball mirrors my own in photography, this collection is more than art; it's a narrative of our journey through loss and love.
The Swedish landscapes, captured in their raw, untouched beauty, mirror the authenticity I strive for in my work. Each frame is a story, a moment of stillness in a world that often feels too fast. It's a reminder to focus on what we can control, a Stoic principle that has become a cornerstone in our lives.
As I prepare to release this collection, I am reminded of the importance of storytelling in healing. These images are not just for walls; they are for hearts, for those seeking solace and inspiration. They are a testament to the power of heritage, memory, and the enduring human spirit.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Here's to finding beauty in the unexpected, and to the stories that bind us all. 🌿
